Default Hi-low index play

Everything is going fine for me so far and I am currently up 140 dollar :D since i started playing blackjack (1-2dollar minbet) . I feel that I am ready to improve my game now by learning a few indexplays.

Can anyone tell me where I can find index plays for a Hi-low count playing with these rules?

6d,H17, DOA, Double after split, no hole card but lose original bets only. Early surrender, but no surrender against aces.

Can Index plays for these rules be found on the internet or which book would you recomend.
I don't want all of them right now just the top 10 or 20.
would these index plays be any different from the normal ill18?

Default The hi-lo book

I believe Professional Blackjack, by Sanford Wong has the most indices for more different kinds of games than any other book using hi-lo.

This was posted by Ken Smith in another thread..

The Fab 4 are surrender indexes and they are:
14vT +3
15vT 0
15v9 +2
15vA +1

Yeah I have seen those before. problem is that i don't know how accurate they are since the rules I have are H17. I am quite sure that the fab4 surrender indexes are for late surrender not early surrender.
