Unusual BJ Game

#1
An Indian Casino near me started a new Game where you can double down at any time, whether you have 2, 3, 4 cards, you can split at any time, and if 3rd card makes a pair you can split them. It is also single deck.

The only drawback is that BJ pays 1 to 1. What do you think of this game and who has the advantage? Do you like it?

I would imagine that the 1:1 Bj rule more than offsets the liberal DD and Sp rules. I steer clear of these "circus games".

That sounds a little like SuperFun21, which I do like very much. The split on third card thing is new to me though. I have been scolded a few times for playing SF21, because the even-money blackjack payout does negate the liberal rules from the viewpoint of counters. However, I have found the game works very well for my style of play; and I am up significantly on that game over the last year.
