Default Six Decks vs. Eight Decks

I once asked a regular BJ player what the difference was between 6 and 8 deck play, and he said he noticed the win streaks were longer with 8 decks.

Now, consider that he usually just raises his bet when he wins, and goes back to square-one when he loses -- so maybe he's paying more attention to the times when he's winning.

But, I'm guessing that if the win streaks are longer in 8 deck, then, so too are the losing streaks.

The house edge is bigger because the odds of getting a blackjack are smaller and you can't count it as well because removing a card don't have a very big effect, 6d is better than 8d.
