Default This game worth playing?

All right so whenever i get together with friends, we sometimes play some BlackJack. His rules are as follows: (5 min bet, 100 max bet)

1 deck; DOA,DAS,RSA,S17,100 percent penetration. However blackjacks are paid 1:1. Are these rules favorable?
My friend acts as the dealer ( or casino) and pays and collects money accordingly.

Its a bad game with even money blackjack. It subtracts 2.27% from your ev, all the other favorable rules will not off set the one horrible rule.

For a truly "friendly" game, you could take turns being the dealer/bank, and then it's just all up to luck.

Your friend the dealer has an edge over you by -2.12% which is huge in blackjack. However this game is beatable because of the 100% pen and allows you to use end play which is a very powerful technique. You will want to play this game heads up or you must be at third base.
