Default Some questions from a novice.

Hy,
I just took a look at this game blakjack and started to think more and more that you can make a good bank. I plann to make over 2000$ in 4 months with blackjack using the basic strategy. I want to start with 100$ and join the casinos which offers 100% deposit bonus, than i roll over the bonus and hope i won't lose it especially if i will play every hand with 0,5 euro or evan lower if accepted. Now from what i read i understand that this is a very sure strategy and you can constantly win but you need some work. Need some oppinions about this and if you think i can reach my objective.
All the best.
Theo.

Alright Gold,
It is possible, but not likely. I have 2 reasons for say this. Firstly i think you'll find it difficult to find casinos that offer a table minimum as low as 0.5 euros. It is more normal to find $1-2. Second, this is very very gruling work. It's not hard but it is mind numbingly boring. I did this for 6 months while i didn't have any other form of income and as much as i made several thousand $, the number of hours i sat bored out of my skull made me feel that i was just frittering away my life. I wouldn't recommend anyone try this full time.
If you're still determined, i'd use this site - http://www.onlineblackjackguide.com to help.

RJT.

I did it. I made 2K in 2 months and I did that by just betting the min. Same with lots of other people from this site. I've never heard of anyone failing at this. Online casino bonuses give the player a 50% advantage. You will bust out and lose all your money time to time even if you just bet the min. But in the long run you will make a killing. 2K is about the limit you can expect to make. There are only so many casino bonuses. I don't know how you could do it professionally but it would have to involve getting the same signup bonus multiple times from the same casino and I have no idea how to do that.

Advice? Here's some:

I think that RJT? said earlier that this is mind-numbing. That is an understatement. In a regular Casino, last week, I played 589 hands (close approximation) and was only up $8,000. This may seem like a lot, but considering my bank-roll, it wasn't.

SuperCool may have done this same thing, and won 2k in 2 months...but assuming you can play 100 hands a day, and also assuming you can do it 3 times a week...... you may never get to your goal. But..assuming you did:

Would you stop?

Ah. Online. Been more effective for me so far, partly because the advantage is bigger for modest bankrolls, and partly because it's something I can do at home in my underwear (picture it!)

Yeah, it's doable. I'm up over $6k in about 5 months. My initial deposits were a couple hundred dollars, but a few months ago I withdrew all of the "real" money, so now I'm just playing with winnings.

The most important thing: You have to be very good at following rules at the casinos, and the terms and conditions can be very confusing. I think failure to follow rules has cost me at least $2000, and that was only from three cases where I made a mistake.

There's a bunch of good stuff here:

Specifically, I love this one about sticky bonuses (for you, I recommend sticking with cashable bonuses for your first shot):
http://www.blackjackforumonline.com/...ry.html#Online

One ridiculously successful guy's log:
http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...bling-log.html

He also maintains a site with info on many casinos' bonuses, which I've used when I think I've run out of casinos:
http://www.beatingbonuses.com

Now, your strategy of finding a positive expected value bonus, and grinding it out with as small of bets as you can possibly stand, is perfectly valid, and it's pretty much what I did.

However, in perfect hindsight, when I was hitting up casinos for the signup bonuses (And back when US players could play everywhere), if it was truly to willing to risk more money (like $2000), then I would have played every bonus - every bonus aggressively, and bet nearly all of it on one bet, to attempt to double the balance, before grinding it out. It would have saved time, and over the long run, it would have earned me more from the bonuses (probably at least $1000, cumulative).

With a $2000 starting bankroll, I would play aggressively on any bonus where I risked $100 or less, and save bonuses that required larger deposits for later. Again... this is all in hindsight. Currently, I try to triple all of my bonuses (in some cases, 4x). Eventually I'll probably do 4x for everything.

The discussion here on that math:

If you're interesting in bonus whoring, why not start with the "Easy Grand" program:

http://casinobonuswhores.com/easy-grand.html

It gives you links and bs to use on 6 casinos. Start with $100. EV is ~$1000. There are links to other bonuses, including some monthly reloads.

Check the Casinobonuswhore blog. He mentions some in-browser games. Some casinos might still work, since they are just using IE scripts on their supposed "stand alone" casinos.
