Yes, it appears that these games could be attacked via card counting. I tried them briefly, but I found the pace so slow that it was annoying. That was more than a year ago, so I should probably try them again to see what it's like today.
Penetration was still pretty low, and when I played the shoes were not shuffled on-camera which seemed odd. If you're going to the trouble of having live video to increase the player trust factor, why bring in cards shuffled behind the scenes?
