Highest House edge you've ever seen

What's the highest House edge you've ever seen? I'm talking about any game and any bet, be it a table game, a slot machine, a side bet, ...
At the casino nearest to where I live, in Switzerland, there's a Oasis poker (caribbean stud poker where you can exchange a card if you pay again the ante) with a side bet of 1 Fr which pays you 10000 fr if you have a royal flush, 1000 if you have a straight flush, 500 four of a kind, 250 full house, 100 flush, for an house edge of 60.84% (bonus doesn't get paid if you exchanged a card)

I think you got the odds wrong!

If the game pays you 250 to 1 for a full house you would actually have a positive expectation! No game has a house edge of 60% that is way to high. I don't think that a lot of players would play a game that had a 60% house edge they might play for a little while than they will stop when they see that they are getting killed at the game! In america the highest house edge is at Keno which averages a house edge of 25%!

You forget lottery, which sometimes goes over 60% and yet hundreds of millions of people play it every weeks all around the world!

With those rules the side bet does have about a 60% house edge. Are you sure they don't pay you for other hands like 3 of a kind and two pair? If this is at the Casino de Crans-Montana then I heard that the house edge is only around 4.5%. See the link below:

no it's not the Casino de Crans-Montana, and the side bet is similar to the progressive jackpot side bet found in this page http://wizardofodds.com/caribbeanstud , but for the fact that there's no progressive jackpot
they probably don't offer a progressive jackpot because for the kind of license they have they can't have a jackpot of more than 100000 fr
it surprised me too, because there are laws that say that a slot machine must have a return of at least 80%

the 4.5% house edge found on that page is for the normal play, but I'm talking about a side bet..

best odds on a game i have found is black jack. if you get dealt a 10 and a 6 you can exchange the 6 for a new card. if dealer and you both get blackjack it pays double. and everyone else at the table gets 5$. suited bj pays double if 2 people at the table get bjs everyone gets 5$ and those 2 get double. only have the game from 10-11am though. and max bet is 25$ single deck, you can double down on any 2 cards.
