Probably not.
The Borgata will have a $10 table on the weekend. But they come few and far between.
The lowest I saw was $10 , but the general minimum was $15 or even $25 at some casinos.
Or in the case of Caesar's the lowest table I found on a weekend I was there was $50.
the town's greedy.. what can I say?

I was at the Borgata Saturday. There was one $5 table and there supposedly always is one, somewhere. Needless to say, it's always crowded.

Borgata has a tradition of keeping exactly one table at $5 all the time. Players are lined up 3 deep, extremely slow action too.
Do not go to AC unprepared to play a $25 game. That is a bare minimum, $50 is more like it if you want to find a table with seats available on a weekend. Unless AC is very close to you or you are playing advanced techniques there, there is almost always a better option than going to AC.

In my experiences, you will always be able to find $15 tables, at least at Bally's/WWW. Last time I was there on a weekend I was able to find some $10's interspersed as well (but this was a slow time, just before xmas). Ballys, Trop, and Showboat/HOB seem to have lower limits sometimes than the others (that or I just don't know where to look). Caesars has always been higher every time I've been in there. Last time I didn't see a table for less then $25.

As the others have said, $5 tables are pretty much unknown in AC. $10 tables are growing increasingly rare as well, even on weekdays. I've almost always found them weekdays at Harrah's, Resorts, the Taj, the Trop and at the Borgata during the afternoons. Watch out-- H17 is now legal in AC, and can be found at some Harrah's stores (WWW was all H17 last time I checked). Conditions are extremely crowded at almost all times. It's really not worth it to go down there for BJ alone unless you are playing $15 tables at the bare minimum.
The crack whores are still worth it, though.

I saw a bunch of H17 tables at Ballys a few weeks ago. They weren't trying to hide it in the small print on the placard, either. It was printed right on the table felt.

As stated, Borgata has the 1 table $5 min tradition. I've seen $15 there at non-prime,nonpeak weekend hours; but, usually $25/$50 on the main floor. Caesars,$25 or $50. Harrah's properties in AC are getting more notorious with the H17 soft rule. Ballys & WWW had several; the one without was crowded. I almost sat at a $50T with a very low bankroll, but thank goodness I checked the table felt and rule card... and saw dealer h17 soft. Borgata still has the best rules, so far, with their 6d, even for $25. As stated, on the weekends, there are $10 & 15; but only in the mornings of Saturday and Sunday at Trop, Resort, Trump, Taj, AChilton. By around 1-2p, tables go up to $15 or 25.
AutomaticMonkey: Where would you suggest "better option" than going to AC by car? the foxwoods, mohegans, sececas, turningstones?

Hey, how many monkeys are in this place anyway?
Seeing H17 was real bad news. The WWW was the lamest store in the city and using typical casino logic, they responded to the unpopularity of their casino by making the games worse.
On the bright side, late surrender is now dealt at the Trump Marina high limit. Hopefully that will spread around town. LS is win-win for both the casinos and AP's.
