Default Tournament question

I have been playing at UBT and watching it on tv and I'm hoping to play in, or at least watch, a tournament next week, 11-14th in Las Vegas. I assume IRL betting is not as aggressive as UBT and that you don't normally split 10s. My question is about your chips. If you were to win the first round, do you play the second round with the chips accumulated from round one or does everyone start at the same amount again?

You do not carry your bankroll forward with you. Instead, you start each round with the same bankroll as everyone else at the table.

If you're not already aware, there is a sister site to this one at http://www.blackjacktournaments.com/ with a very active message forum.
