Default Is it worth it???

I live about 10 minutes from 2 casinos. The rules are the same at both, 6D, H17,
DAS, no hole card. pen is down to 1.25-1.5 decks, absolutely no heat spreading
$5-$50 Theres an Indian casino about 45 minutes from me ( not sure about heat) This game is 8D with pen down to 1.25-1.5 with about the same rules as the other 2 but is S17. Would it be worth it to do the extra drive for the 8d considering the s17 and deeper pen?

Regards

Tom

That all depends on whether or not your unit size is big enough that the extra ev will not only cover your travellign expenses, but also make the extra time spent travelling worth your while.

It also depends on play style. If you're doing play-all, then I would avoid the 8D game. If you're wonging, the S17 rule might give you a little bit of an edge. Would that be enough to offset gas costs for the longer drive? For a short session and $50 bets, probably not.

However practically, if you're going to the local joints very regularly, you might want to expand to a third, just to diversify. Especially if you do start getting heat anywhere.
