If there are a lot of players at the table then it could increase the penetration level by 10-12 cards, but that doesn’t really help you much. The biggest gain from penetration is being able to make bets deeper into the shoe. Since the extra penetration in this case comes after you’ve placed your final bet it doesn’t add much to your advantage. It might help your PE a bit, but not much else. Even if you can consistently spread to several hands on the last round this would still be considered at 55% game.
