Iraq link to campus killer Cho 19 Apr 2007 The sister of the gunman responsible for the deadliest shooting rampage in modern US history works as a contractor for a State Department office that oversees billions of dollars in American aid for Iraq. Sun-kyung is employed by the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office, according to US officials and a State Department staff directory that says she works from an annex near the department's headquarters in Washington.

Cho's sister works for McNeil Technologies: Admistration official 17 Apr 2007 Seung-Hui Cho, the student who killed 32 people and then himself yesterday, left a long and "disturbing" note in his dorm room at Virginia Tech, say law enforcement sources... His older sister, Sun-Kyung, graduated from Princeton University in 2004. A source, who asked to be identified as a senior Administration official, said she works for McNeil Technologies, a firm contracted by the State Department to manage reconstruction efforts in Iraq. 'Ismail Ax' And The Latest

This article, I believe, will bring some light to the VA Tech massacre that took place on the morning of April 16, 2007 and took 33 lives, including the assassin, Cho Seung-Hui, himself. Two words, "Ismail Ax," were written in red ink on the arm of Cho Seung-Hui. 'Ismail' is the Arabic version of the name 'Ishmael', the brother of Isaac, son of Abraham, and regarded as the forefather of Islam. Because I have the same name, I immediately became interested in this subject.

The purpose of this article is to explain the significance of "Ismail Ax" from a different perspective, in which this incident is viewed as a black-ops, mind-controlled, "Manchurian Candidate" operation aimed at paving the way towards fascism in the United States and stripping the rights of the citizens of the United States.

Fritz Springmeier's "The Illuminati Formula Used to Create an Undetectable Total Mind Controlled Slave" has been a very useful tool in understanding the details of how human beings have been systematically turned into machines and robots using many different and complex techniques to turn people into whatever "they" deem necessary. The assassin is a prime example of one of these. This book and it's sequel (discussed later) are massive books with tons and tons of detailed information on the processes, programs, organizations, people, and belief systems involved. To really get a sense of how much there is in these books, they really should be printed out. These are reference books to mind control. Strange Virginia Tech “Coincidences”

As “News Commentary” on the Truthseeker website notes, Virginia Tech is an “active partner” with DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. In addition, the CIA actively recruits VT students, holding events the spook agency bills as “career information” sessions.

“News Commentary” claims “Blacksburg, VA houses a US government ABOVE TOP SECRET underground laboratory (in the side of a local Blacksburg mountain) that develops in conjunction with DARPA, weapons such as human robotic mind control programming.” A Google search, however, turns up no mention of mind control experiments, of course, but there is plenty of reference to the “Deep Underground Science and Engineering Laboratory… 7,000 feet under Butt Mountain” in Blacksburg.

Several things seem to have been overlooked. The first is physical, and has to do with firing the weapons themselves. While the caliber of the weapons was small, there are key components to the weapons that directly affect the firings. ...

Then there is the lengthy schedule of business for that day - supposedly accomplished only by Cho. First he goes to a dorm and kills two people (probably using the 22), to attract less attention. He escapes then goes home and makes a rage filled video, which he then packages with pre-prepared materials to send to NBC News. Had the point been to send this package, he could easily have secured the complete address from his computer - but he chose instead to go to the Post Office and chance the wait in line to make sure than he was on record as having sent this damning evidence himself. ...

Finally there were at least three photos being run by CNN - each one supposedly was accepted to be Cho. But the third image is completely different from the other two. He's wearing a light-blue open throat short-sleeved sweater - glasses on, a half-smile on his face ~ the image is a three-quarter view of the face, the head is slightly forward and gazing down. The other two were probably taken at very different times in his life which could account for some of the discrepancies - yet nothing explains the difference in his ears, or in the literal shape of both skulls, not to mention the cheekbone structure that is key to any actual id. However people will continue to differ greatly over this (counted on by the media - and one of the reasons they have stopped running the photos). ...

Mind-Controlled Sirhan And VTech Shooter -
Same Expressions

This is a good link on possible programmed killers. The CIA was never happy with LSD, especially after the Frank Olsen "situation." Apparently, they have found what they want in the SSRI class of medication. I wonder what percentage of our troops, currently deployed, are on SSRI type meds? (It is said to be very high. -ed) Clearly, that information would be unavailable to "privacy" of military medical records. But it would be interesting as hell to know. (And when these hundreds of thousands of young men and women return, most indelibly emotionally ruined and scarred, the numbers of shootings and violent deaths will rise dramatically. -ed)

Here is an excerpt:

"The use of drugs, or hypnosis, or likely a combination of both, would go a long way towards explaining Sirhan's strange behavior as recorded by the witnesses that night. Several witnesses noticed something odd in Sirhan's behavior before and during the shooting. Earlier that evening, one of the Western Union teletype operators, Mary Groh, noticed Sirhan staring at the teletype machine as though transfixed. "[H]e came over to my machine and started staring at it. Just staring. I'll never forget his eyes. I asked what he wanted. He didn't answer. He just kept staring."

One of the men attempting to overpower Sirhan during the shooting, George Plimpton, was amazed that Sirhan's eyes were "dark brown and enormously peaceful." Another man in the same position, Joseph Lahaiv, described Sirhan as looking "very tranquil" during the struggle.

Two waiters, Vincent Di Pierro and Martin Patruski, reported

that Sirhan appeared to be smiling. A cook named Yosio

Niwa said, "I'll never forget that guy's face...I was so upset...he was smiling...."

(note - Several eyewitnesses report the VTech shooter exhibited the same expression. -ed)

When Sirhan was taken from the scene, a patrolman shined a flashlight in Sirhan's eyes to check for indications of drugs or alcohol. On the stand at Sirhan's trial, the patrolman "couldn't recall" what he determined. But in an earlier statement he had said that Sirhan's pupils "didn't react" to the light and that they "were real wide".

The official records from Sirhan's blood test were "lost" by the Los Angeles Police Department.

If the bulk of the witnesses, who gave matching stories, are correct, then Sirhan couldn't have fired the shots, and was in a disassociative state during the shooting.

If he was under hypnosis and given amnesia-producing drugs

such as the CIA was experimenting with for well over

fourteen years by that time, then Sirhan's claims of memory loss and innocence, while strange, may well be true...for seekers of truth, the full record presents the very likely and disturbing possibility that Sirhan was a mind-controlled patsy performing an act of "attempted assassination" to distract from the real killers."
