Default KO Fab 5

I am sure this has probably been covered before, i ran a search but could not find the answer. My question is going by the KO Book for Fab 5s what is the betting progression for this conversion. They have a table but it is for the count that starts at -20. The book says to start ramping the bet a 15 and hit the max at 20. I am little confused if i need to spread 1-10 units on a six deck game. If someone uses the Fab 5s as stated in KO i would greatly appreciate there betting progression. Thank you for your time and thoughts.

I use fab fives, with modifications bsed on how many decks have been dealt.

Let's assume ~3 1/2 decks have been dealt, which is where the fab fives is most accurate. At RC = 15, I bet 2 units, and at RC = 20, I bet 10-12 units, adding 1-2 units for each point of RC increase along the way. There really is no hard and fast "right" way to do it.
