Default Ko simulator

I bought the KO simulator and for the life of me I cannot reproduce the same results that are reported. Mine are much lower. Does anyone else have the same problem? Thanks!!

What results?

I have the KO software and when I set up the options to make it just like the game I am practicing I do just fine.

OK, When I use Ko prefered with 2 deck, 1-5 spread, DAS 75%, h17. The edge is around .5%. I thought it would be at least 1%. Maybe I am doing something wrong

OK, just ran 100,000,000 hands. 2 deck H17,DAS 75% pen. I got .5% overall edge. I thought this should be about 1%???

I guess you thought wrong!

I bet you would get a 1% edge if you increased the spread to 1-8...

hey I just bought the KO Blackjack book and should receive in a bit more than a week... about this KO simulator, where can you get it? And can you set up hand spreads in the simulator, for instance, with an advantage of x, play 2 hands with y bet on each hand and with an advantage of M, play 3 hands with N bets on each hand? Or does it just calculate the edge according to play rules, strategy and betting spread?

You CAN get it to 1% and beyond, depending on rules/penetration. Use at least a 1-8 to 11-10 spread for 2D AND make sure you are using a rapid enough ramp. zg
