Went up to Yonkers tonite to watch some Harness racing and hang with the homeboys.My friends wife was playing some video poker and hit four of a kind.Now,this machine has a Gamble option,where you can basically go double or nothing on is the next card red or black.It's a 50-50 bet,but one that is only only offered after you've won.She meant to hit the play on button but hit the gamble,which meant she was going double or nothing.She got all excited as she didn't mean to do that,and the $65 or so she won was a good bit to her.Once you hit the gamble button,there doesn't seem to be anyway to cancel it.We asked the security guy,who called a slot representitive,who called his supervisor,who then called a guy in a real nice suit.My friend's wife wanted to simply cash out,but the guy in the sharp looking suit came up with this;Give us some id.Then take the gamble. If you win,you cash out and keep the money. If you lose,we'll reinburse the original winning bet. She played and won. They took her id and told her it was a one time deal and they had a record of her so don't ask again.Then Mr Well Dressed Man gave us all free VIP passes for the next time we come.
