Basic Strategy for my Casino: specifics

So I called the Casino to inquire of their rules, and they told me Double any Card, Double After Split, Stand on 16 no matter what (soft/hard), 6 Decks, and No Surrender, Original Bets only. So, I also got a free BS card from that Casino for signing up with their players club, and I found some deviations between the two BSes, just wondering whats up.

If the cards total 11 v. Dealer Ace, This generated site says hit, Card says Doub
Player: A-2, A-3 v Dealers 4, Generated Table says H, Card says Double
PLayer A-6 v Dealers 3, Generated Table says Double, Card says Hit
Player 2-2 v Dealers 2,3 Generated Table says Split, Card says Hit
Player 2-2 v Dealers 3,3 Generated Table says Split, Card says Hit
PLayer 4-4 v Dealers 5,6 Generated Table says Split, Card says Hit
PLayer 9-9 v Dealers 7 Gnerated Table says Stand, Card Says Split

I think im gonna trust this sites over some crappy thing i got at the Casino, but just wanted to make sure. And if you could provide an explanation so I could learn, I would be very grateful.

Thank you all for all your help,
Jay

By all means Jay, trust the card generated here. I've noticed that the cards that you get at the casinos are pretty conservative...they are not generally specific for one particular set of table rules (same card sold for use at double-deck tables and 6-deck tables.)

What you quoted from the generated table is the way I play. One correction though...you said Dealers stand on all 16's no matter whether hard or soft. I'm pretty sure you meant 17's.

I'll second that

Jay,

Mikeaber pretty much nailed it. The differences on your card are pretty much due to number of decks and whether DAS (doubling after splitting) is allowed.

Except for the splitting 9s vs. 7. I've never seen that recommended anywhere. As far as I know, you should never mess with 18 vs. 7; whether it's hard, soft, or a pair of nines, you should stand.

I trust the charts from the BS Engine totally, but since you seem like a pretty thorough guy, here's one place you can go to confirm: http://wizardofodds.com/blackjack/bj4deck.html

To avoid confusion, I think you should cut that card from the casino into pieces the size of dust.
