Question Ace in the hole!!!

How valuable is a coupon that gives you an ace as your first card? I got on of these coupons at the Grand Sierra at first I thought it was for a $5 bet but I looked at the coupon and it said maximum bet $25 so I asked the pit how much can I bet on this coupon and they said $25. They said I could bet from $5 to $25 so of course I bet the maximum $25 figuring I had a big advantage. The next card out of the shoe was a 10 for a blackjack! I think with that coupon I had a 40% advantage but I'm not a 100% sure on that.

They paid you for a BJ?
Any 1st card Ace I've ever seen only pays 1-1 on any win.

But there seem to be some new very good coupons popping up. I just saw a $25 MP that stated it was good until player loses a hand, and could be fully doubled on any two cards.

Closer to 50%. The last time I had a bunch of free Aces I caught 10 on my Ace 10x in a row! zg

It's 50% if you get paid 3:2 on a blackjack.

Does anyone know if any casino's in Australia have coupons?

I once saw a $10 free bet coupon, that was essentially free money. You bet it on bacarrat player, and bet $5 on banker, you can't possibly loose.

You decrease the value of the coupon by doing that, but you decrease variance by doing that.

Find a friend with the same coupon and bet both ways.

Cool Blackjack paid what the table pays for blackjacks!

Blackjacks on the table I was at paid 3 to 2 so I got paid 3 to 2 for my blackjack. What I had was not a match play coupon it was just a coupon to make my first card an ace. However that coupon might be almost as valuable as a matchplay coupon.

Thats a good coupon.I have several first card is an Ace coupons for Vegas-Sams Town,Bighorn, and Longhorn. Each states that if your second card is a ten,you win even money.
