Default Fremont St. vs The Strip

hey guys -

I haven't been to vegas and don't know when I'll make it, but assuming I do someday I have a question. Is it worth my time to go to Fremont Street to play or are the conditions of BJ games on the strip better?? Or would Fremont Street just be more of a place to go see, but not play? I'm just wondering because if I do go I wouldn't want to waste my time going to see Fremont Street if it isn't worth my while.

Thanks.

To answer your question, we would need a little more information, here is why.
Downtown has only 4 single deck tables with good rules and several playable double deck games and nearly nothing decent in shoe games, but if like a $5 blackjack game, it offers more of them than the strip.

The strip requires shopping. There is a good $5 double deck game on the strip and many good ones at $25 and higher.
There are 3 casinos with the best shoe game in Vegas at $10 or $15, one decent shoe at $5 and many good ones at $25 and up.
There are no good single deck games on the strip.
The problem for many is finding the mentioned good games. Casinos with good games generally also have poor games but certain casinos have no good games. Where it is easy to bounce from casino to casino on Freemont, planning is needed on the strip. You should purchase something like CBJN from bj21.com

But that is for today. By the time you do get there, things will undoubtedly change,so be sure to ask again.

At the extreme end, Fremont st on a saturday night is definitely a fun time, but absolutely horrendous for playing.
