Default Is this 2deck worse than a shoe?

a double deck game with H17, DOA, noDAS, noSurrender, RSA, Pen=75% best, 50% worst)

verses a 6deck game H17, DOA, DAS, RSA, (possibly surrender)Pen=80 or 90%

Also, can someone tell me if it is really worth it to play at the surrender table with more people, or at a non surrender table by myself.

It depends. The DD game is better with 75% pen and worse with 50% pen. Unless you have 90% pen and surrender at the 6D game.

Yes, a surrender game is almost always better. Playing by yourself increases the speed, but you usually don't get to play by yourself for very long.

I think stanford wong or henry tambourine had a chart on the effects of deck penetration! Has anybody seen or heard of these charts?

it's treated in Snyder's Blackbelt in Blackjack.
also CVBJ & cvcx can generate charts and graphs regarding penetration

They do exist, as I have seen them. You have to travel to the ends of the earth to find them, but they do exist...
