Default West Virginia Blackjack Game (Future)

Has anyone read any information concerning blackjack rules/game that will be offered in West Virginia come October?

Blackjack was approved for Wheeling location recently and I am curious what type of game they will deal. I'm not sure it has been decided todate, but hoping someone has read about proposals currently being discussed or passed. Basically I'm interested in if they will deal 6D/8D per Indian Casinos within tri-state area. Indians deal both games, but 6D games have a $100 minimum.

Thanks, Jim

No idea. Hopefully they will deal 6D or 8D with good pen and rules. Most of the DD dealt at Indian casinos in the Midwest is unplayable due to bad pen.

Although it has not been announced what kind of games they will have, keep in mind that the Wheeling track is run by the people who killed BJ at Binions. If they adopted shitty rules in an extremely competitive situation,I'm not hopeful of what they'll do in a monoply.

Am I reading this right-$100.00 MINIMUM? That will just about kill all of the potential players in that state!

That's for 6D, not 8D. No casino would just run $100 min out there for all games.

Still...I can understand table MAX being $100.00, but to say the minimum is $100.00-unless it's a high roller room.

Or maybe they're after the Capertons, Byrds and Rockefellers instead of the Smiths, Jones, and Irvings!
