Do you have investors lined up? If so, how can you make sure that the recruits you get are not in cahoots with any casinos? If the team will be player funded, how can your recruits know that you are not working for the casino? Come to think of it, how can your team know that you are not working for yourself, and you plan to simply disappear with the cash. You really can't, unless you know people in the business to vouch for your credentials, in which case you really don't need to advertise on a public website.
