Default What is the highest advantage for A BJ PLayer?

Ok, let's say you use Hi-Lo, you know all the indexes and BS perfectly, and your count is perfect at the tables(No Counting errors), 6 deck, Double Any Card, Double after split, Stand on Soft 17, No Surrenders, Original Bets only, what theoretically is the edge that that person has over the House? Or is there no way to tell? Or is it not an exact number, but an approximate range like 1-2% or something?
