Unfortunately, the on-line casinos DO NOT seem to play a FAIR game. Winning and losing depends on bet levels. If you are betting minimum wage, then the winning percentages are normal or even favorable (winning 42% of the times). If you play larger amounts, suddenly the winning percentage becomes 25-30% !!!!

And many other things, every time you have 21, high bet, the dealer has an ace and you do not use insurance (typically 4/13 chance that the dealer has a blackjack), almost 80-90% of the times the dealer has blackjack!!

When you double down on favorable hands 11,10 or split aces (and you have significant bets) the probability of a lousy hand (2 to 6) increases drastically.

I do not know if there can be legal action against such practices.

I think it's kind of dodgy if it's true what you are saying.. winning on the small bets and losing on the large bets. Of course, you may notice the losses on your big bets more, and this may make it seem unfair. Ken's right though, unless all the people in your tournament are computer controlled then you have a fair chance against them

I am not talking about sums of money, I am talking about winning percentages in a number of hands (let's say 30-100), ie how many times you win or lose in 100 hands.

When you use high bets, the percentages become ridiculously small.

Why don't you gather some data for us, using correct basic strategy of course. Record your next 300 hands worth of 'high bet' action, and let us know how many wins/pushes/losses you had. And of course, which casino you are testing.

as a software developer, i know there are all sorts of dirty tricks and obfuscation techniques someone could use. Short of putting the critical software in a tamper proof self-destructive ROM done by a 3rd party and having crypto hashes and the source codes published online, anything is possible.

Moving up also brings better players I find this with Hold Em as well, thus your EV dwindles, I also do not trust any online outlet, a high percentage of them are using bots, or paying players to play against you etc.
Its hard to beat a game online when there are so many variances against you.
A computer can be programmed to do anything, and for the most part that is to keep the money well spread around, thus making more rake slowly dwindling players rolls.
