Default W VA Gaming

Anyone have anything new on this? We're back in SE Ohio starting next month and will be there for 3 months, and was just wondering what was up.

Of course, in 4 months we're off to Southern FLA. to work for a few weeks, so with a bit of +EV, the amount of BJ I can play (and the amount of PLACES I can play) can rise VERY high!!!

Latest best guess is November.

Here's a link that probably won't be active to a recent article:

WSAZ out of Charleston last night reported that Kanauah County (Charleston, Tri-State Racing) finished their recount, and it did pass. (Though NOW they're going to have an audit!)

Anyway, the WVA Lottery Commission who is overseeing everything, is NOW saying Poker by thte end of this year, BJ and craps sometime early next year with the 'Gaming and Entertainment Center' being completed in a bit less than 2 years.

Part of the problem is stemming from the fact that the Lottery Commission has been promised 35% of the take, and they are trying to figure out how to make sure they GET their 35%! (No honor among thieves???)
