I've never been there, .36 you say, interesting.
.36 can't be right, not at a Harrah's casino.
How many decks, what is penetration, what are rules?

No I know what he meant (that the casino only has an edge of .36 against the player using BS). I'm just saying that that is highly improbable given that it's operated by Harrah's (a casino edge of .65 or higher is way more probable when you're dealing with Harrahs) Harrah's casinos have notoriously bad blackjack conditions from everything I heard

No its true.
According to Stanford Wong's publication, they have
5 tables at .36 edge 6 decks 2.0 deck cut off 25 min 5000 max
with various rules.
Its the best place to play around Chicago from a rules perspective but from downtown Chicago its a long drive. The Indiana casinos are much closer.

2 decks cut off?? that's awful So I take it's S17, late surrender, DAS....how about mid-shoe entry, that allowed? With two decks cut off, all the good rules in the world don't save it (of course it's not necessarily a bad game if your a ploppy, not gonna get any really extreme high counts or low counts)

All the Tables are 6 Decks, They Have 15,20, 25 Dollar Tables, Sometimes I see $10 But thats ususally before noon. Pen is about 2 Decks on the $25 Tables, I think its closer to 3 on the lower tables. There is no mid shoe entry on the $25 Tables only. Re-spilting is allowed, Re-Spiliting aces are allowed as well, (But of course you do only get one card when you spilt aces) DAS is allowed. Dealer hits on all 17's. They also have LL9, Also they have this "Automatic Winner" Which I call the "Automatic Loser" Which is if the dealer is showing a 10, and you have two 10's you can win half your bet automantically, but i hardly see anyone taking that.

I think its the RSA that really gives it the lower house edge compared to other Chicago land casinos
