Cool Bad results at one casino vs another!

I have had really bad results at the Biltmore lately losing over $650 in the last few sessions I know that the rules arent great but they are decent blackjack pays 3 to 2 but doubling is restricted to 10-11 only. However at other casinos I have won more than I lost at the biltmore. What could cause me to have such bad results in one casino vs another other than a minor rule change.
