Any suggestions for some other websites or sources of location for Casino rules in Europe? Specifically Madrid and the Casino Gran Madrid?

I am looking for blackjack rules at the Casnio Gran Madrid

I don't see much information on outside USA casinos on this website.

Also as long as I am not staying there, anyone have experience with heat for counting overseas? I did not see that much heat when people were counting in London, but then the Brits can be polite.
