Default basic strategy questions

the rules are 6D , DAS, S17 , ESR
according to the basic strategy engine from the site on A7 vs 2 i should stand, but T. Hopper is his "Card Counters' Basic Strategy" says that i should double, there are some other differences like A2 and A3 against 4 that the engine says that i should hit but T. Hopper advices to double.
also T. Hopper advices to double 11 vs anything but the engine say to double vs 2-9
can someone tell me what is the right strategy

It looks like T. Hopper’s strategy is a little more aggressive. Those are plays that you usually don’t make in multi-deck games. Also, Counter’s Basic Strategy (CBS) is often a little different than the standard basic strategy:

I don’t think T. Hopper’s strategy was meant for No Hole Card games. If the dealer doesn’t take a hole card then you should not double against a ten or ace (or split eights against them) because you will lose more. There are some casinos that will only take your original bet, but I think most European casinos will take all doubles and splits when they get a BJ.

[Emphasis added]

I thought the engine said to double on 11 vs. 2-10, not 2-9.

6 decks, S17, DAS, No Surrender, Peek
Estimated casino edge for these rules: 0.44 %
Dealer Upcard
Your
Hand 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 A

11....D D D D D D D D D H
