It comes with great sorrow that I report that the csm are being fazed into the bj pits. The casino in salamanca installed two of the machines this week. When they first opened they had them and did away with them months later. From my obeservation they were drawing customers but not as many as the hand dealt games. If the trend continues I won't be playing bj in my neck of the woods anymore. I know they started at the low limit tables but it's just a matter of time before they expand it on up. blackchipjim:whip:

Was at Seneca Niagara Saturday night and they were only using CSM's at the 4 or so $10 Min tables. Usually Sat there's only one or two $10 and it's hard to get a seat. Many $$15 and $25 tables were still 8 deck shoe hand shuffled.

From my knowledge they started with CSM in about august. Maybe this is a good sign that they only are trying to wring more out of the low limit tables???? They surely know the 8 deck are hard to beat so why bother annoying people with CSMs?

You mean Seneca Niagara (there's Sen Allaghaney too)

8 deck hand shuffled shoes except for a few CSM. DAS, DOA, S17, NS ..... Pen i dunno maybe 75-85%

3-4 pits with BJ - One BJ only about 16 Tables, others open 2-4 at any time. Seats usually easy to get except evening weekends./holidays. Usualy can find $10/500 (rarely $5) afternoons changing to $15/500 8:00PM Eves. Some $25 and 50 min.

High limit room .. don't know the min/max.

update on csm's

I was at the seneca in sally yesterday and lo and behold the dreaded boxes are gone. I couldn't believe my eyes but they got rid of them after poor results. This adds two lower limit table to mix, so play on. blackchipjim

sally"s update

At the Sally is 8d doa split to three hands, aces once. Limits 5-500,25-1000, am not sure of 50 and 100 min tables. I was told that the tables in the high limit room which is 50 and 100 min are six deck but I have not camped out in the limit room. There is no surrender offered which hurts alot. The heat is moderate for the most part but can be turned up in a heartbeat. blackchipjim

i was there last week. I didn't play in the high limit room either but one of the dealers told me that they are all 6 decks in there. Something i found interesting was that there were about 6 tables open, 1 $5, 3 $10 and 2 $25... the 5's and 10's were all packed with people and with several standing behind the table waiting for a seats while nobody was at either of the 25's .... why they don't switch one of those 25's over to a 10 in that scenario i have no idea. Though i almost switched to a 25 as i had a jackass beside me telling me to double an A, 6 vs 7 as opposed to hitting. He continued to tell other people incorrect plays. This was on early morning btw.
