would you recomend as a gift to someone to stimulate their interest in BJ?
They are now casual players who think that the casino would not allow a game that can be beat to infest their floor.Please don't tell me any books about the MIT teams,I want something to show average non-genius types can succed. Thanks.

Sounds like a good book for them would be Fred Renezy's Blackjack Bluebook II.
I gave some as gifts last year and they were well recivied.

It is a good book and is interesting, without getting too deep for a newer player.

Here's a 2nd vote for BlackJack Bluebook II by Fred Renzey.
This is my all-time favorite and it's a great book especially for the beginner, but also goes into card counting.

My second favorite is Avery Cardoza's Winning Casino Blackjack for the Non-Counter.

Either would be a great gift for someone who likes Blackjack.

Ended up buying the Bluebook and two others off of Amazon.Wongs Professionial BJ and Griffins book on BJ theory. Came to about S34 with free shipping and then got a $30 rebate by applying for a Amazon CC.
I also bought an autographed copy of the BJ Zone off another website for about 20% off.
Four books for less than $25.If only all my Christmas shopping were so easy and cheap.
