I never watch these, since who knows what exploits might be used at these websites.

My question to the members here is this...

mikeyboy82 has never posted anything but these notices of videos. They aren't direct spam, and they're posted in the right section. Should these posts stay, or should I blast them?

Default Links to Videos

I did visit the first link I saw posted and although the video was there it was actually a porno site with very graphic photos and an option to register (fee based?) to meet women in your area that were looking for men, women or couples, either male/female or female/female. I visited the present link to be sure I was correct before making this post and although this seems to be a comic site it includes a link to the same porno web site. Is this direct spam to solicit registration fees to meet women I don't know but I don't think this forum should allow links to porno sites. My vote is BLAST MIKEYBOY82.

Default Blast first post

G'day Ken,

This is a bit of a grey(gray) area, as I don't believe you have established posting guidelines for the forums. (I may be wrong.)
My personal opinion is that you should delete the first post (the one about the Jedi buying a car), because it has a clear porn association. The others are all links to a site humpingfrog.com, which to me seems relatively "clean". It is linked to a site "adultfriendfinder", which is clear in its meaning, but is pretty visually inoffensive.
I also think that maybe you should send a warning to the poster, letting him/her know that this is a blackjack forum and that if he is not posting mostly about blackjack, then he/she should go elsewhere and find a more suitable place/forum.

If you want help in putting together posting guidelines, maybe you should ask the forum members, we like helping :D .
There are a few different points I can think of, like whether links to visible porn in posts on the forum is acceptable(I think not), links to porn on the linked to page (maybe, I don't think so), and then things like violence and gory stuff(I have no probs with), racism etc.

Well, I'm ambivilent about it. I personally never follow those links. Too easy to pick up infested cookies.

Off topic messages...got to sort of be open with those. Most of us post pretty much on-topic, but we are a "community" and while the common thread is Blackjack, not every post is going to be on the game.

Your call on the poster Ken. I sure wouldn't be offended if you cleaned off his posts.

...the rest of us can come up with our own occaisional funny videos.
I say BLAST AWAY!...

... of course, then again maybe I'm too new around here to render such an aggressive opinion. zg
