Casino Recommendations
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good online casino that allows US players? Preferably one that doesn't require a large deposit or a large balance before you can cash out. Any information is appreciated.
Thanks!

Bodoglife.com may be at the top of the casino's left that allow U.S. money. Personally though, the crap you have to fax to the casinos left for U.S. player in order to cash out , like front/back of CC, drivers license, signed forms....its not worth my risk of identity theft.
Partypoker/partycasino had the best cashout...no forms, no fees bank acct transfers....nice.

I'm very new at this and ran into bodoglife, since it's been recommended highly by a couple of websites. However, I wasn't comfortable with what you mentioned, Toast - too much ID as far as I'm concerned. But I don't know protocol in this case. What is to be expected in terms of how much information you need to provide? What's normal in the online casino world?
When you speak of partypoker or partycasino, are these the names, literally, of the websites....i.e. partypoker.com or partycasino.com?
Ken mentions in his articles here about different softwares used. I don't know how long ago he wrote the articles, but is this still an important variable, and any recommendations for the best at this point in time?
And any recommendations for casinos an almost-newbie might want to start checking out would be so appreciated! I'm trying to be so cautious and do tons of research before I give anyone any money, and I won't if I'm not comfortable with the terms, but a good recommendation would help. There's nothing like high marks from folks who know.
Thanks, and have a great week.

partypoker.com was the largest poker website on earth until that presidential "F-gambling" act back in 2006. partycasino.com was its casino partner casino in non poker games. Since 2006 you cant deposit funds if you are deemed a U.S. citizen by them....and since i like my money sent to my house in "america" they arent going to let me deposit money there.
There policy was this....enter your ATM visa, deposit money. Oh you want it back, then we can route it your bank account...done. No forms, no faxing of ID's, invalid checks, etc. Bodog took about $300 from me because when time came to cash out, i didnt want to fax them my DL, CC front and back, etc etc...F that, you can keep the $300 in return for no identity theft. After all, that info is being faxed where? I have no clue, some dudes desk in Costa Rica where they make nice salaries and would never prey on americans with money? fat chance. oh well, lesson learned. As with anything on the internet, dont ever give up information that is too personal. they want my first name, fine. they want a photocopy of the front and back of my credit card....right, nice try.

It can be frustrationg
As mentioned in the posts before some mentioned party poker and bodog and yes many of us tend to go for the big boy casinos because they have spent tons in advertising and seem to be reputable as they probably are. in my personal opinion. I stick with the small to midsized casinos , for example paddy power has been good for me but before I even consider playing at the casino I am normally one of those pain in the but customers that calls and asks every question in the book.
Normally I figure that if they put up with me before I lay down my cash they will be good in the future and for the most part it has been true.

well kinda depends where your located. In my experience newer casinos tend to give you great deals in order to coax you into becoming a regular player.
2 new sites which ive come across are
GoWildcasino.com for Non-US players - http://www.gowildcasino.com/
Casinotitan.com for US players - http://www.casinotitan.com/
The gameplay on both these sites is pretty good and they give away a lot of free stuff to whet your appetite. Good service over there as well. Have fun man!
