Double exposure in Colorado

I just went to the Century casino in Central City and they now have a deal where if there is a 678, 777, or suited blackjack anywhere on table or with the dealer they deal 3 hands of double exposure.

This is a great deal to have, the also stand on s17.

I may have to start going up more often.

With double exp I usually spread as much as I can as the limit there is 5. I think even in a slightly negative count you would have an advantage with double exposure.

No pushes push.

You cannot get the double exp from a split hand though but no big deal.

I saw this double exp come up maybe 10 times in 4 hours last night.

They want to draw alot of suckers to the streak side game.

Still a $5 max bet

If this promotion crowds the tables and the max bet is still just $5 in Colorado, have fun but even if you could spread to 7 hands, most of us would want to be betting more.

Any chance that they will take that limit off soon?

Its all I can do for now but I enjoy the mental stimulation. I dont have 1000s to fool around with. If you split tens vs. 14.15 16 in double exp and double and split when you can there is some decent change to pick up for a small player.

How do I find out about people wanting to get into team play? I dont have a big bankroll but play a decent game and could see teaming up with at least a couple people as a great tool to make a few bucks.

Not up on abreviations.

1. You can split and double after split - das I believe
2. You can split aces four times as I remember
3. Double anything!! except bj
4. Dealer stays on soft 17 - s17 I believe

Trouble is the tables are often kind of crowded and this exposure is only going on at one place as far as I know. More questions, just ask.

s17/h17 = stay or hit on soft 17
das = double after split
da2 = double any 2 cards
rs4 = resplit to 4 hands
rsa = resplit aces
hsa = hit split aces
lsr = late surrender
aka = also known as

that is a good game.. altho if its 8 decks, then a 6 deck game with the same rules minus rsa would be better.. rsa subtracts .07% from 8 decks, and going down to 6 decks lowers the house by .02%, so really your looking at a .05% difference between the 2 games.. now hsa would be a different story, and i believe a hard choice.. 8 deck game with hsa (.26%) or 6 deck game with standard rules (.43%).. hard decision i believe
