Is online poker back?

I just got an email from Doyle's Room saying they're accepting US Players again.

I logged into Full Tilt and I'm able to deposit (although I didn't put the transaction through)

I'm just curious.. is online poker coming back? Any change in laws recently?

I'm skeptical about online gaming especially since the stuff with Absolute that just happened, but it would be nice to at least have that OPTION!!
