Limits will vary from between $10-$100 depending upon the casino. You can get this game for $10 at MGM and Monte Carlo when they are not busy.

Several non MGM casinos have it also but generally at high limit, such as Venetian and Caesars. Trop has it at $25 except for RSA. Also places like the high limit rooms at Palms, GVR and one or two others have it but perhaps not RSA,
Most of these games also have surrender.

Just about every casino on the strip. Every High Limit room will have these rules but you will be playing a 200-500 unit.

Caesars is a sad joke

Yes, you can get that game at Caesars generally at $100 minimum (it was $25 before the Evil Empire)

The joke is their double deck game. A $500 minimum for a game that has worse rules than the $5 minimum DD game found at Slots-A-Fun.

Your best bet for a good 6 deck shoe based on the number of tables and the low minimum is MGM. $10 for the game you wanted plus surrender but they do raise those minimums when they are busy.
