Usually nothing is done with your wins and losses, but I'm not sure how they handle cashing out any cheques you have in your possession. It's in their best interest to cash you out and send you out the door, so that's probably what they'll do. Having alcohol in a casino under age 21 is a much bigger deal and you will be arrested for that.
