I'm playing blackjack at a casino near my town, 6 deck shoe game, stand soft 17, no hole card, double after split allowed, resplitting allowed, splitting aces allowed, no aces resplit, 6 card charlie (2:1 payout), blackjack pays 3:2, 3 sevens pay 2:1, if you get ace and jack of spades, you get 400 units payout, table minimum is 20 units, spread 1-20 (20-400)

i played 10 sessions for now, starting bankroll - 1000 units (lol)
now the bankroll is 5000 - 4000 units plus - not bad (because of the bonus payout, btw that bonus payout is without sidebet, they don't have any types of sidebets)

so things are going ok for now (i know, i was one lucky bastard)

playing hi-lo strategy, with verry little knowledge (all i can do is to count one deck in below 20 secs)

I have a question... Which book should I read, which is the best book about hi-lo counting system and shoe games?

What have you read already?

For just everything you ever wanted to know about hi-lo, especially playing indexes, Stanford Wong's Professional Blackjack is good. However, if you're just starting out, I don't necessarily recommend it as a read.

I'd probably lean towards Fred Renzey's Blackjack Bluebook, Arnold Snyder's Blackbet in Blackjack (or Big Book of Blackjack, which I haven't read), and then maybe follow those up with Blackjack Attack by Don Schlesinger.

i've read ken ustons million dollar blackjacks, but skipped much of the "technical" part of the book, cause it's mostly single deck oriented, but i'll read that too

I vote for Snyder's Blackbelt in Blackjack as the place to start. Really gives an excellent overview of the game and a brief look at some of the most popular counting systems. His Big Book of Blackjack is just a more in depth continuation of the first 2 sections of Blackbelt. It too is another good (and easily digested) book.
