Default wtf!!!

I just wanted to vent my anger about this website. I deposited $150 onto the website and played blackjack and turned it into $300. I decided my luck probably wasn't going to get much better than that so i decided to quit while i was ahead. I've been trying to withdraw the money from the site for 3 weeks now and still haven't received it!!!!!!

I have sent them between 10 and 20 e-mails (most of them don't get a response) now and spoke to their live support at least 10 times. You might think i'm exaggerating but i'm really not. I was given an e-mail address for their accounts department and this e-mail address doesn't even work. Their live support is soooooo unhelp. I'm sure i'm speaking to the same person everytime as well even though it shows a different name for the support person. They all finish every conversation by typing something like 'yw'. This stands for 'your welcome'. It seems a bit odd that if there really are lots of support staff they all use this abbreviation. I know it doesn't really make a difference how many support staff they have but i get the feeling that everytime i speak to the live support it's the same person and they know exactly what my problem is but i have to explain every single time that i STILL haven't recieved my money. It's getting ridiculous now.

Anyway if they're planning on keeping my money that's fine but i'm going to make sure i give them a bit of payback by telling everyone what they're like. I'll keep posting updates here until i get my money.

I had a problem with a website i hosted (off gambling topic) and i contacted support via email 2 times and live chat 5 times in 14 days. Finally i suspected they were not American Support Techs as they were when i first signed on in 2003...and i asked them where they were located....Bangalore India. So apparently if you complain to support and they are not paid well, you get what you "pay for" just a chat after chat, email after email..and no real results.

I feel for your loss. I estimate my 14 days of down time cost this persons "part time hobby business" about $2500 in revenue.

PS. the 'yw' was a classy move...really high dollar establishment they are trying to run

OMG still haven't received my money. I'll post the discussions i have with them from now on just to show everyone how useless they are and hopefully this will warn anyone thinking of signing up with them.

Here's my latest chat with their live support. As you can tell i'm very mad at them as it's now been over 6 weeks since i requested the withdraw from my account. They appear to now by saying the money has been put onto my credit card which is definately hasn't. I find it amusing that they believe this when they recently 'tried' to credit my neteller account but the transaction was declined. No doubt it was declined because of a problem with rather than neteller.

Hiro101: yes that's what it says. I've been told that's it's illegal to put the money onto my credit card. Not really sure the reason behind this as every other site i've ever been on has been able to do this.

Hiro101: so on your website it says 'only able to refund to c/c' then by e-mail from your web support they tell me it's illegal to put the money onto my c/c

Hiro101: what's the point. They never do anything about it. Look the situation is this if i don't get my money in 8 days i will start posting bad reviews for your site on every forum i can find until i get my money. I'll post you the links to the reviews to prove i'm actually doing it.

I'm going to keep the forum updated with my 'progress' on getting my money. If i never get my money from them at least it will hopefully stop alot of other people depositing money onto their site.

FWIW....Just an update from a player here.....

I made a withdrawal request on Sun Oct 20th.Money was deposited into my bank account early this morning(Oct 27th).

Stall tactic is classic, cause most gamblers will go back to the tables and then lose it all.
