underage at atlantic city

I've played under age before at ac and foxwoods. I'm now about 6 months away from being of age, but what would happen if they suspect me of being underage?

If you get caught they'll just ask you to leave. My concern would be taking care not to win a huge amount in one lump sum. May need to show ID to claim the booty. Split your payouts into smaller cash outs.

Speaking of booty:

I played with an under age in Prince Edward Island, but i was only 19 at the time. Well shucks we met at a bar with drinking age of eighteen!

My guess was that her planned vocation was to become a teen age mother. We sure came close but unfortunately i wasn't able to oblige her.

Kinda glad to get out of that country rather quick shortly afterwards. Statute of limitations long since made the matter irrelevant.

In fact none of this really happened and you can't prove it.

In other news I think CA has one casino where an eighteen year old can gamble. An Indian joint i will not mention by name.

None of the above probably has much to do with the topic. But at least the girl in question had a dandy set of jugs. Better than moist.. er i mean most Pit Bosses.

Actually....
If you are a NJ resident and are caught gambling in a casino underage, you have a very good chance of being arrested.
If convicted, you lose the right to drive until you are 21 and any and all state financial aid you might be eligible for to go to college. In or out of NJ.
The same laws apply if you are caught drinking in a licensed bar or club.

Yeah, crazy. Do you mean to say you cannot wait 6 frigging months until you can do this legally? If you can't do that, you don't have nearly enough discipline to be an advantage player.

Then they simply arrest you, toss you in jail overnite and let your parents drive down and bail you out.Upon conviction, you get a crash course on all the good things convicted felons miss out on.

I did everything underage, and it wasn't cool.

Look you asked what would happen, we told you what would happen. If you still want to do it, I guess you're going to do it, but if you do I don't think you have the command of risk vs. profit theory necessary to play blackjack successfully, which is the purpose of this site.

Probably nothing. You could get arrested, which may lead to a serious criminal record, ruin your life, and you could end up getting raped in jail. It's your life, do what you want. You asked us what would happen, and we've told you.

alright everyone here mistook my too cool comment as if i actually meant it like im cool i gambled underage. I just asked a simple question and got answers but i just thought it was unnessecarry to throw in a lack of discipline comment and all these other comments filled with fluff. All i needed to know is what can happen and thats it.

Casino's are too greedy to care if you are 20 or 21 as long as you losing. Keep the profit small and you will blend in. As far as the consequences go...I wouldn't want to be in the situation to find out.

Oh they care, a 20 year old doesn't have enough money to lose to be worth the fines and the bad press if he gets caught in there. It's all tied up with the hysteria about underage drinking fueled by MADD and their politician clients, and there is no penalty that they believe goes too far when applied to anything that involves people underage.

All ridiculous, of course, but a political bandwagon is very difficult to challenge because of the beating the first people to challenge it will have to take. The first casino executive to publicly challenge the wisdom of banning 18-20 year olds from casinos is going to be blasted in the editorials as some fiend who wants to get kids addicted to gambling, and probably lose his job.

lol wow u got lucky. i was at AC at the Borgata 3 or 4 weeks ago and they ID'd me constantly. it wasnt even that busy, it was a weekday... They let u get a stamp so u could show that as ID rather than having to take ur wallet out every two minutes. but some tables were so strict that they STILL required my real ID.

it was rediculous. i got ID'd left and right. even a few times just for standing and watching a table.

so yea, idk how u got away with that but dont plan on doin that again lol

Having a casino get caught with an underage patron inside could have serious consequences for them..... You think a casino doesn't like cards counters? an underage patron could get them an immediate 5-6 figure fine, revocation of a liquor license, etc. etc.

Monkey's right b.t.w.
