Multiple hands with blackjack strategy

i have a game at an online casino named multi-hand blackjack, i play here usually european blackjack one hand with 1 unit bet to take the bonus.
but to play multiple hands at multi-hand blackjack will clear the bonus much faster. Can you tell me if i will make a mistake here and lower my odds?

If your choices are to make a 1 unit bet for just one hand versus making the same 1 unit bet spreading to 2 or more hands, just play the one hand one unit at a time. Less variance that way. If you want to take the chance of higher highs and lower lows, go ahead and spread.

I guess if the one unit bet is not the minimum bet, things could be different.
