Pitch games in Midwest
Im wondering if there is any pitch games in the Midwest, or is there nothing but shoe games?

Not many in my area. Only one I can think of right off hand is at Golden Eagle, an Indian casino north of Topeka close to Horton, Kansas. Most have gone to shoes for double deck. You might be able to find single deck pitch at Harrah's Prairie Band north of Topeka. I don't think that AmeriStar in Kansas City, Missouri has anything in the way of single deck and their double deck is shoe.

Ho-Chunk in Wisconsin Dells was dealing a pitch game the last time I was there. I don't think the table is always open but it was about a month ago.
I also know they are having a 2 deck pitch double exposure Blackjack Tournament in May which leads me to believe they have 2 deck pitch regularly.

In MN there arent "pitch games", but there are DD games that are dealt from a shoe, some have very good rules, some have great pen!

I tend to stay away from dd games in a casion where there is a sea of 6d games. I always feel theyre counter catchers are checking them out.

I was at Ho-Chunk Saturday night and out of 12 tables open at 4PM, 3 of them were 2 deck pitch.

Several of the Southeast Indiana casinos have 2 deck, but they're D10-11 and no DAS.

I think Potowatami @ Milwaukee, WI has double deck in their invite high limit room, but I also think the rules suck
I may be remembering incorrectly, but
D10-11 and no DAS, NMS, and can't spread...
