Default I. Nelson Rose on legal issues of online gambling

Here's an interesting interview with I. Nelson Rose on the current legal status of online gambling. He covers a wide range of topics, from the WTO rulings to the possible effects of the upcoming presidential election.

Thanks for the link Ken, that's very interesting reading.

I guess I'm "lucky" not living in the US currently - I can gamble where and when I like online... must be a bit of a downer for those who can't play.

On the bright side however, the US has probably the highest per capita number of casinos of any country in the world (possibly except Macau), so I guess there are always options to get a bet on available.
