Cribbage trainer?

I was wondering if there was any place with a Cribbage trainer just as the blackjack sites have blackjack trainers. I need help in Cribbage learning how to discard my hands. I also need help in making the correct plays. Right now in my Cribbage club I win aproximately 32% of my games I would like to be able to raise my cribbage average to at least 50% or more of my games. The 32% is only a sample of 72 games so some of it my be due to bad luck and other part is due to bad play.
