online casino withholding winnig funds

#1
Hi, I am new here, looking for some help/advice.
Last month I participated in a new blackjack game at Casino Club called 'Blackjack 2 against 1'. The game was new and it only run for one day. I made considerable profit on it due to the sidebet game (pays 3.5 to 1 if both of my first 2 cards are the same or higher value then 1st dealer card). Casino froze my account and sent me email that they will hold on to all my winnings because there was glitch in the software. They took the winnings and gave me complementary 100 euros for my trouble. The game was discontinued from the casino. There was no glitch during gameplay. It always paid when it was supposed to and took money when it was supposed to.

I know its a long shot but I am looking for anyone else who is in the same boat as me with this casino. If the same thing happened to you let me know what you are doing about this issue.

I tried contacting LGA of Malta (email), recieved the automated message telling me they'll be in touch soon , but that was weeks ago.

If you have any suggestions on how I should proceed please post that as well or pm me. I am not here to trash this casino, just want to figure out how to get my winnings back.

If it was a lot of money (which it should have been, because you should have absolutely raped them) you should take it to court. Find out who regulates them, and see if you can get it fixed there, but if they offered the bet, but were too stupid to realize it gave the player an edge, you should be paid. Where are they licensed?

They are regulated by LGA of Malta. I contacted this agency by email.
I also talked to a lawyer who told me that to do anything I would have to act through the agent located in Malta. I am not sure how realistic that is. It would be hard to do it on my own that's why I am looking for someone else who is in same situation as me.

So has anyone any idea how to take it to court, I am in Canada and its registered in Malta. No action from here will do much good.
Write some letters, make some phone calls, and see where you get. Maybe try to negotiate a partial payment. Otherwise, you're going to have to find an attorney to represent you there, or fly your ass to Malta and represent yourself pro se. Is it worth doing that?

Yea, this all depends on the figures involved. If we're talking 5 figures I think it's definitely worth personally pursuing. Assuming the casino is still active and trading, that is.
