Real Experience As A Counter?

Just wondering guys if anyone has had a proper experience of consistant money making when card counting at a casino?

Also can anyone tell me if counting at a casino in Manchester with a team of 4 would make good money:

13 blackjack tables.

Tables of:

£1-£100
£3-£300
£25-£1000

If we had a maximum of £10,000 to begin with:

Would we make money?
Which tables should the spotters be seated on?
Would we burn out before making any profit?

If any of you have made money please could you leave a message revealing the ammount of money you began with was and how much you ended up with.

Don't run a big player team. You'll get more EV out of an every man for himself team. Play shorter sessions so you don't get busted, and/or move to a different pit every half hour or so. Yes, you can make money, probably around 7-10 per hour with a 10k bank.

I'd be against it if his bank was anything less than a half million. Big player teams have significantly worse EV per player hour, and much more variance compared to every man for himself.

whoa. don't know where you got half a mil from. but i think someone can start considering BP if hes got a team and got 50k. you can probably hold off on BP until you've got 100k though. but at that point you reeeeally need it cause your unit is gonna get way too much attention.
