Default Lucky Ladies Side Bet/Counting

In casinos here in the Pacific NW - some BJ 6 deck shoe tables have a lucky ladies side bet.

Bet $1-5 then increments of $5-$25 max.

All 20's pay.

Any combination - 4-1
Suited 9-1
Same Cards 19-1
2 Queen of Hearts 125-1
2 Queen of Hearts with dealer BJ - $1000 or $5000 depending on bet size.

My assumption is... that if you get a really hot shoe and towards the shuffle your count is high.. this turns from being a sucker bet into a really damn good bet!

Anyone got any experience with this in relation to counting??

The other BIG advantage is - that players will often randomly play this on and off.. so it is probably a lot less prone to heat than normal play.
