CBJN listed Slots a Fun as having extremely deep penetration on its DD game. So much so that it went from unlisted to the top of the Slesinger SCORE ratings for Vegas casinos.

Word to the uninformed - the rumor of deep penetration is bullshit. Moreover, if you use a green fricking chip in the place, you get "checks play" shouted.

Just to mess with the dealer I spread from 5-200. The poor woman went hoarse from all the yelling I made her do.

Oh, and also because of the crummy pene, I lost $225 there. Avoid.

Consider this my one and only "taking one for the team" report.

That place is known for shuffling up on players if they think you are skilled. I’m surprised they didn’t shuffle after every hand during your 5-200 spread. CBJN is a great source of information for game rules but it really doesn't give you any idea about penetration levels or heat levels. Many people have flocked to "great" games only to find an unplayable mess. Live and learn.

I wasn't sure to put this up there as well, but I definately 2nd the accuracy of this post, I was playing DD here 10 days ago and managed to get the first two spots, ( I was told it's tough to get on the table here). My book says the avg pen was 55%, I remember having $20 on 2 spots, I went to 50$ on each spot and got checks play yelled, the pit came over and actually watched how the hand played out, the very next hand I went $75 (in front of the pit) by now I figure this game sucks and I'm not coming back so why not just stack another green with a modest plus 7 with a little more than a deck left, I got lucky and made $300.00. I played 15 minutes.

There wasn't any heat! The place was a mob scene with drunken ploppies in cutoffs and carrying plastic "yards o'beer". I doubt the pit boss heard a word this dealer was shouting.

The pene is highly dealer dependent. I've gotten great pene there, as well as flashers ...
and two max-bet LL QQh within 30-days of each other. zg
