A victorious skirmish in the 6:5 war

Passing through the BJ pits on my way back from a rather satisfiying session, I decided to check out a 6:5 table (spectating only, mind you) where two couples seemed to be doing quite well and exchanging pleasantries among themselves. Each of them had a nice little pile of greens and blacks, their bets varying between $25 and $100. As I stood behind 3rd base who had a $50 bet out, he was dealt a BJ and was paid his $60. He then high-fived his wife and remarked "That's the 5th one in half an hour! I'm on a roll tonight!" I then asked him how he was doing for the day and he replied "Great, It couldn't be better. I'm getting naturals like there's no tomorrow, a least a dozen just this evening!"
At this point I just couldn't resist the temptation and asked "Do you know how much those BJ's cost you?" Quizzically, he replied "What do you mean? It cost them, $60 bucks a pop." I proceeded to explain to him that the 6:5 payout was a tremendous handicap for the player, to which he responded "It's only a few bucks here and there, no big deal." I was just about to give up arguing with him when I came up with the following analogy:"Would you play at a BJ table if you couldn't double down on anything?" "Hell no! He replied, that would be a giant ripoff. No one would play a game like that." I then smiled and said "You, my friend are playing a game EXACTLY LIKE that".
Shortly after that exchange I made my way to the potty and the cocktail lounge, and then returned through the pit 10 minutes later only to notice that same table completely empty ,the dealer glaring coldly at me as I made my way to the Pai-Gow table.
The two lingering questions that stemmed from this interesting encounter were 1) Did I single- handedly drive the point home and score one small slash in the enormous torso of the 6:5 dragon? and 2) Was I mathematically off base with the no DD vs. 6:5 comparison. I do know that the 6:5 rule adds 1.4% to the HA and the nD10 adds about .56%, but cannot find the effect of nD11. Anyone have an idea?

You know, that link had just about every variation there is, but not the n D11. I'm still pullin' my hair out. Thanks for the help though, Frogman.

Thanks Norm,
My suspicions were in the ballpark. I was, however, a bit surprised that the nD11 was that big of a bite on the SD.-1.76%, now that's heavy for sure!
