what if i just make 7 neutral, than i still end up with plus 4 at the end of the deck thus accomplishing the KO system, just dont know where to start the IRC

Hey im playing this game at my casino that is identical to 21 but there are no 10's in the deck only face cards....does this change everything....can i still count?

So at the casino I'm at there's a game called Jupiters 21 and its pretty much identical to black jack except there are no 10's in the deck only face cards (J,Q,K,A). It's the only one that doesn't use a constant shuffle machiene so I've been trying to count there. How does this change the odd's...
