You're playing a simple progression system.. Martingale... It will fail you badly. Counting your cards and the dealers cards, ignoring other played cards, with Hi-Lo makes no sense.. You do not have an edge.

I asked a dealer at the big store in LV, he said "IRS shut down money plays 4-5 years ago.." No idea if it is accurate..
